How do I Appoint a team member as a Team Leader?

You can pick a team leader(s) when you onboard into Successteam for the first time. 

However, after your team(s) have been onboarded, you as a workspace owner, team leader, or administrator can always appoint or remove Team Leaders.

This is how you do itπŸ‘‡

1. Appoint and remove Team Leaders from the Team Dashboard

  • Go to your team's dashboard and scroll down until you can see the Team Overview
  • Click on the three blue dots in the right-hand corner of the person you want to appoint as Team Leader.
  • In the drop-down menu select "Appoint as Leader"
  • If you want to remove someone as team leader, you click on the three blue dots and chose "Remove as Leader". 

2. Appoint and remove Team Leaders when adding new team members

  • Go to your team's dashboard and scroll down until you can see the Team Overview
  • Click on the box with the plus sign.
  • Invite or choose the member(s) you want to add to the team.
  • Drag and drop the person you want as Team Leader into the Yellow Box. The rest of the team should be dropped into the Blue Box. 
  • This way you can change the team leader(s) when you are adding new people to the team.
